HISTORY OF THE FIRM Burt Barr & Associates was founded by Burt Barr in 1933. Burt Barr began his career representing a wide variety of clients, from individuals to large Multinational Companies. Burt Barr's partner of long standing, William Cramer, left the firm to serve as a Justice on the Court of Appeals. Over the years, our firm has resisted growth for growth sake and has maintained a strong commitment to restrict its practice to a narrow area of trial and appellate work.
