Morton Joseph “Joe” Fogelman is a civil litigator who handles commercial – business disputes, professional liability, product liability involving fire losses and premise liability matters. Mr. Fogelman also has an expertise in handling real estate, probate and wills, and bankruptcy matters. Mr. Fogelman is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
Mr. Fogelman, a native of Dallas, Texas, received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in 1985 from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Texas. Mr. Fogelman also studied internationally at La Universidad de Madrid in Madrid, Spain (1983); Instituto Brasil-Estados Unidos in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (1984); Oxford University Law School in Oxford England (1986). He received his Juris Doctor in May 1988 from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Mr. Fogelman has been licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas since 1989. In addition, Mr. Fogelman is a member of the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas. He is also a member of the Dallas Bar Association. Mr. Fogelman participates in the arts and charitable activities in Dallas.
