Bryan D. Wendt is a seasoned civil trial attorney with 29 years of experience, specializing in crane and heavy equipment litigation, as well as specialized transportation cases. He has a proven track record in handling complex construction defect claims, whether in state district court or arbitration, and has expertise in premises liability, toxic torts, bad faith insurance, and subrogation claims. Notably, Mr. Wendt successfully tried a toxic exposure case to a defense verdict, where the plaintiff sought $3 million.

A proud native of Dallas, Texas, Mr. Wendt earned his Bachelor of Science in Radio-Television-Film with Honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982. He continued his legal education at Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, where he actively participated in Intraschool Mock Trial and Moot Court competitions, and obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence in 1985.

Mr. Wendt practices throughout Texas from the firm’s Dallas office and an affiliate office in Houston.
