Christine Duperroir

Christine Y. Duperroir, a former managing staff counsel for a national insurer, brings 27 years of expertise as a seasoned trial attorney. Ms. Duperroir specializes in general civil litigation and appellate matters, with a focus on business and commercial disputes, personal injury wrongful death, premises liability, transportation issues, intentional torts, and property damage (including fire and water). She also has notable experience in healthcare benefit plan administration and government bid proposals.

Although born in Phoenix, Arizona, Ms. Duperroir considers herself a native Texan. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from St. Mary’s University in 1987, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and completed her Doctor of Jurisprudence at the University of Texas at Austin in 1990.

    • Handled Multi-Party Premises and Construction Defect Litigation: Led high-profile personal injury litigation related to the Dallas Cowboys and their stadium in Arlington, Texas.

    • Successfully Overturned Default Judgment: Achieved the reversal of a default judgment in Travis County, which was upheld on appeal.
