Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, John Howell House, Jr. is a seasoned litigator with over 30 years of trial experience. Throughout his career, he has managed a diverse range of cases, including commercial and business organization litigation, security matters, premises liability, dram shop and personal injury claims, wrongful death, products liability, toxic substance exposure, transportation and construction defect issues (including architectural liability), as well as insurance and consumer bad faith litigation. He also has substantial experience handling compliance matters involving the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety & Health Administration.

    Court admissions refer to the official recognition and authorization that allows a lawyer to practice law and represent clients in a specific court or set of courts. Each court or jurisdiction has its own requirements and process for admitting attorneys to practice before it.

    Member of the Bars of the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
