Megan L. Knudsen has proudly practiced law in the State of Texas for twenty years.  She primarily handles first- and third-party personal injury defense, “bad faith” and extra-contractual liability, trucking litigation, products liability, and employment law matters.  Ms. Knudsen has a practical and driven approach to handling cases in an expeditious and cost-effective manner.  She handles cases from beginning to end, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparation for trial, mediation, first chairing trial, and appeals.  Ms. Knudsen also has extensive experience in insurance coverage analysis and preparation of coverage opinions.  She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern
Districts of Texas. 

Ms. Knudsen, a native of El Campo, Texas, earned her B.S. in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.  She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law as a member of the Order of the Barristers, an honor society for courtroom advocates.  Ms. Knudsen was an active member of the nationally ranked South Texas Advocacy Program and member of the South Texas Law Review.
