
SHEA HENRY YOESEL


Shea Henry Yoesel is a civil trial attorney who handles general civil litigation, focusing on first-party insurance defense, third-party personal injury defense, healthcare liability defense, products liability defense, and insurance coverage. The cases Ms. Yoesel handles include personal injury and wrongful death, premises, transportation, intentional tort, and property damage (including fire). Having diverse experience in various arenas of civil litigation, Ms. Yoesel is able to ask the right questions and has the ability to bring balance and perspective to each case.
Mrs. Yoesel was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She attended Southern Methodist University where she received her Bachelor of the Arts in English Literature with a minor in Spanish in 2007 and was recognized on the Dean’s Honor List and as a SMU University Scholar. Immediately following graduation from SMU, she returned to Houston where she attended South Texas College of Law and received her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2010. While at South Texas, she was recognized on the Dean’s List and was a recipient of the Enrichment Scholarship and The Heart of South Texas Advocacy Award.
