Bryan D. Wendt
Bryan D. Wendt is a civil trial attorney with 29 years of primary experience handling crane and heavy equipment and specialized transportation litigation. In addition, Mr. Wendt has significant experience in the handling of construction defect claims in both the state district court or in arbitration, as well as premise liability, toxic tort, bad faith insurance, and subrogation claims.
Mr. Wendt is a native Texan, born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Radio-Television-Film from the University of Texas at Austin in 1982, graduating with Honors. He then pursued a legal education at Texas Tech School of Law in Lubbock, Texas where he participated in Intraschool Mock Trial and Moot Court Competition. Mr. Wendt received his Doctor of Jurisprudence Degree in 1985.
Mr. Wendt currently practices throughout the state of Texas out of the Firm’s office in Dallas, Texas and affiliate office in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Wendt has been licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas since 1988. He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. Mr. Wendt is a member of the Dallas Bar Association. He and his wife are active members in Zion Lutheran Church in Dallas, where Bryan teaches and serves. Bryan also serves on the Board of Zion Lutheran School.
