Megan L. Knudsen is a litigator who handles first- and third-party personal injury defense, “bad faith” and extra-contractual liability, products liability, and employment law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas. Mrs. Knudsen has almost fifteen years of experience in handling cases from beginning to end, including working up a case in preparation for trial, mediation, first chairing trial, and appeals. Mrs. Knudsen also has experience in insurance coverage analysis and preparation of coverage opinions.
Mrs. Knudsen, a native of El Campo, Texas, earned her B.S. in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. She received her J.D. from South Texas College of Law as a member of the Order of the Barristers, an honor society for courtroom advocates. Mrs. Knudsen was an active member of the South Texas Advocacy Program and member of the South Texas Law Review.
